Shopaholic Sprees - Order Process

Why Spree with us?

Shopaholic Sprees is a section opened for customers to order items that has stock status as "pre-orders". These items are the most updated designs available direct from our manufacturer, where Hana has no stock on hand at the moment. As this was previously only open to wholesale customers, we are now bringing these designs to our blog shoppers as well.

How does it work?

Manufacturers only take bulk orders. By opening up a spree, individuals can place an advanced order in this spree. We will then consolidate all individual orders under a spree and place it with the manufacturer. We need a minimum of 10pcs within a spree before we can place this order with the manufacturer.

OK, so how do I order?

Simply Post a comment under the Spree<#> that is OPEN and indicate the following order format :

Product Category: (Earring/Necklace/Ring/Bracelet/Special Edition)
Product Code:
Qty:
Payment Methods:
Payment Reference : (Advance payment is needed)
Shipping Address:
Shipping Method:

Once the above is posted and payment made, pls email us "hanajp1@gmail.com" and we will check for payment receipt and reply back to you.

And when can we expect to receive the goods?

Once we reach the minimum quota to place the bulk order, the spree will be declared as CLOSED. Upon closing the spree, we will place the order with the manufacturer.
Goods will usually arrive after 2-3 weeks after we placed it.

Hence, from the point you place the order with us, you may expect to only receive your item delivered to your mailbox after 4 weeks.

Constant updates on your orders will also be updated on our website.

Lastly, any returns or exchanges allowed?

Once the placed item arrives, we will check for any good defect prior to distributing to our shoppers. If there are any damaged goods received from the manufacturer, you can choose for us to refund you or place an order with us from the "Spree Section" or our "Collections Section".

For items that are in good condition and matches the order you placed, we apologise that we do not do exchanges.
