Order Procedures

Step 1: Product Selection

From our product gallery or product description page, take note of the desired product code.

Email your product selection to hanajp1@gmail.com in the following format :

Step 2: Order Confirmation

Pls allow us 2 working days to process your orders. Upon confirmation of stock availability, we will get back to you with an Order Confirmation via email listing the total costs and shipping charges.

Please note the following explanation on Stock Status :

Available : On hand stock available. Able to dispatch item to you upon receipt of payment.
Preorder : Design is still available for production but no stock on hand. Require 2 weeks for reordering and shipping upon receipt of payment.
Out of Stock : Design is out of production and will not be available until further notice.

If the shipping charges is agreeable by you, pls remit funds to our account within 3 days. Failure to do so, we would have to release stock to other buyers. Pls ensure remittance of funds early to ensure stock availaility.

Step 3: Order Shipped

After the payment is received in our favour, we will ship-out the order within 3 days unless unexpected product issue arise.

For overseas shipment using Speedpost Worlwide or registered articles, we will provide the tracking no once it has been shipped out. You can use the tracking no. to track the shipment online on the respective carrier used.

Step 4: Order Completion

From the point order is shipped, order is considered completed.
